Lost Alaskan RV Park, Alpine, Texas
Opinion: Recommended for an overnight or short stay. The park is well maintained.
Amenities: Big rig sites, pool, playground, tent sites, laundry, recreation room, splash pad, playground, horseshoe field, restrooms/showers, cablevision, RV wash station, and office/gift shop.
Dates of Stay: March 12-14, 2017
Overview of Sites: 90 RV pads with full hookups – all sites range in length but the park can accommodate all RVs, drive through and back-in sites, level sites, concrete pads, full hookups, and interior roads are paved. There are also 3 rental cabins and 5 tent areas.
We got one of their premium sites and we think it was well worth it, for the added privacy and space between rigs.
Laundry: Nice laundry on site.
Restrooms: Clean and well stocked restrooms.
Rate: We paid $44.00 a day for full hookups but offers discounts with Good Sam and Escapees.
Our Site/Phone/TV: Site B20 – Verizon and AT&T worked for phone, poor wifi at site but it was good reception at the recreation room, cable television (12 channels)
Elevation/Landscape/Terrain: It is located on the outskirts of Alpine, Texas and each site has a small green space between sites.
Lighting/Noise: No obtrusive lighting or noise at night.
Favorite Camper Site: None
